I felt that with her being a second, I really wanted that 'rewarding moment' knowing how hard the labour would be- does that make sense?

Thanks for your kind comments on my blog post the other day, I was quite overwhelmed by the lovely responses I received.Seaside Siblingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05071175461608577274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3965603824949182742.post-20668977034582279522010-07-08T04:40:19.903+10:002010-07-08T04:40:19.903+10:00We sort of found out by accident - We had decided ...We sort of found out by accident - We had decided that we did not want to know and the US technician confirmed that when we walked in - but as she went through the scan naming all the body parts - then as she was done - hubby pointed to the screen and asked 'What's that' - and she said 'Ummm...' - so then we knew...
We thought it was so funny - that they are prepared to NOT tell you - but they are not prepared to lie to you...
..it wound up being ok that we knew - we went ahead and picked a name and got boy clothes and even a boy cake at the shower...

Congratulations and best wishes!affectioknithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00956694289800463441noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3965603824949182742.post-78160271096475762132010-07-07T17:13:17.040+10:002010-07-07T17:13:17.040+10:00We did not want to know with mr T. We only told my Inlaws as having a boy ment more to them than any else in the world. That scan also ruled out a condition DH was born with. So it was an very joyous occassion and still remember sitting at Auchenflower station making that call to them.
But it was incredible hard keeping from others. VERY hard especially seeing my sister who was pregnant at the time knew what she was having.Jodiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12333552745335740854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3965603824949182742.post-33294791035733082872010-07-07T16:32:49.661+10:002010-07-07T16:32:49.661+10:00Hi Congrats
