this saturday I am grateful for......grandparents

Or to be more precise Nate's Grandparents i.e. my Mum and Dad and Husband's Mum and Dad.

I never thought that seeing the joy our little boy brings to their faces would be so satisfying.

Not to mention one of said Grandparents telling me this week in a very random but lovely moment that I have 'no idea how much joy I have bought to their lives by bringing that little boy into the world'

Happy Saturday...

This post brought a big smile to my face Tamara as I have seen the same reaction from my parents when interacting with their only granddaughter.

How sweet. Grandparents are the best. My kids adore their grandparents and vice versa, such a special relationship. I was very close to my Grandparents, my eldest is named after my Grandpa and my niece after my Nan.

We are living with my parents right now while we renovate. I adore mine too as do my kids. We are very lucky.

That's lovely. It's so wonderful to see the relationship our parents/in-laws can have with our children. My heart bursts when I see my girl with her grandparents... :)

Not everyone has such a wonderful relationship with their in-laws, so it's so lovely to hear that they love you (and your son of course), and mostly that you are grateful for them too. xx

What a beautiful post! I remember the change in my grandfather when he met my 1st. He was so full of life and so in love with her for the few short months he got to spend with her. It was such a special time...xxx
